It's not a question of helpfulness, but at least a smile and a friendlier face. The feeling was that the person was not happy about your arrival, he wanted to get rid of you as soon as possible. When I asked about the flowers leaving, I got an answer that everything was written on the card. When I clarified about each individual flower, which cut to make, etc., the answers were vague. Then prune it every other day, then 1-2 times a week. How much does a sunflower cost? In response, it depends on the care. I think it would be worth pointing out what kind of care is needed, and not for me to guess. For about 5-7 more minutes, the florist was doing something on the computer after she indicated the desired amount. I don't know, maybe there were different options. But it was unclear to me for quite a long time, there were no comments. I also wanted to show my bouquet options on my phone, but I couldn't find the Internet at all. It was obvious that this was important to me, because I had been looking for him for quite a long time and walked around all corners of the room. When I asked if you have Wi-Fi, the answer was "of course you do, but it's for a computer." That's all. Figure it out on your own. Again, it was possible to offer to assemble something yourself. In general, the bouquet turned out great, but I didn't like the attitude at all.
