As a director, the bank has provided me with health insurance, to all countries of the world, for a large sum for 5 years. And last month, this insurance helped me out. (Kupala insurance. On vacation in Thailand, I stepped on a hedgehog. The insurance company from the travel agency refused to receive medical care, as it does not apply to such cases (Inclusive insurance). I remembered about your insurance from Kupala and they helped. Thank you)

The specialist at the entrance misleads that it is better to queue at the cash register because "there may be new bills". Of course, they are not available at the box office. They exchanged it for old crumpled bills with fold stripes. To my indignation that these bills would not be accepted in the country where I was going, the cashier simply spread her hands, "you come to us with these yourself." Bottom line: I really have 4 bills that were not accepted at the exchanger in Turkey. And I'm sure the prior won't take them back either.

Terrible service. Absolute incompetence! I went to this bank for almost three weeks to withdraw a transfer of funds in a foreign currency. Sometimes they report incorrect opening hours, sometimes they cannot find a payment, or they did not report that there is not enough foreign currency in the cash register to withdraw. I had to order separately and come to the branch again. The last time I took it off, it was also not without problems on the part of the bank's employees.
