Good day! I came to the store yesterday To keep in touch! I was not very satisfied , first of all , the store is small , which employs about 4-5 people , they stand over their souls even if they do not need help , they fill out passport data in two barely like sleepy flies , I asked them to call back when there is an answer because I was in a hurry to work , and they refused and did not call back , but promised in two , And the worst part is that I forgot my passport and didn 't even get a call until I found it myself! I'm not going to this store anymore.

Piggish attitude towards people depending on their passport. I'm a Belarusian myself, and I went in with a Russian friend to buy a SIM card for him. They immediately indicated that the SIM card would be issued with a Russian passport. The guy offered us to purchase a tourist SIM card for 50 Belarusian rubles for 1 month, which did not suit us. After being asked if there were any other options, he rudely said "yes, there is, you can buy a futuristic SIM card for 50 rubles for 1 month" (there was no choice). He also offered to get a residence permit, a Belarusian passport and then purchase any SIM card. Thanks, but I already have one. I dare say that my Belarusian friend made a mistake and also mistook me for a Russian. Please talk to the staff and get rid of those who judge people by their passports. The man really settled in the center at the train station while hating the neighboring state :D
