It's the worst dry cleaning I've ever seen! I handed over my coat and got a damaged item: with a greasy spot on the back and a torn lining, a label was sewn on the belt, thereby leaving punctures. To my question, "What is it?" The answer was, "I'm just the receptionist here." Terrible quality of work! Terrible service! (One star is an impossible number for this institution).

When contacting this dry cleaner, I was guided by the reviews here, unfortunately, but I should have read the book of comments and everything would have become clear immediately.
