The other day, I went to choose threads of a suitable shade, asked for help to orient myself by colors so that I wouldn't have to dig into a pile of threads for a long time, to which I received the answer "I do not know what shade you need, you know better, look, everything is in front of your eyes." It is because of such employees that there is no desire to return here again.

UPD after a while I found myself in this store to buy thread - no help, no hints, nothing, they don't say hello, they sigh, they say, look for yourself, you know better what you need. She left without buying anything, it's not nice to choose something with this attitude of the seller.
