The disgusting work of the order pick-up point. My order was delivered to the courier on 17.09.2025. Three days have passed. No courier, no order. No one can give a clear answer where my order is located. They don't contact the courier to pick up the order themselves. It is not possible to reach the support service. There are no replies to messages in the app. The phone number indicated for communication at the address of the pick-up point is permanently disconnected. The most terrible shipping company!!!!!! The attitude towards customers is bestial.
