The quality of some products is justifiably questionable. Protruding threads, glue and crooked stitches at a relatively high cost are not encouraging. But more questions for the staff. Finding a free employee to help is difficult. But why are there such queues at the checkout? Even in an almost empty store, there are always 3-4 people standing in line. And we only had 10 people at each of the 2 ticket offices on the weekend. They tried on sneakers and were going to buy them, but when they saw that the queue hadn't decreased, they just left.

I placed an online order through the app. When I arrived to pick up, the program at the checkout gave a different price, there was some kind of technical glitch. The store's employees (Marina, Valeria) solved the problem as efficiently as possible, quickly connected the right specialists, and as a result, I was able to pick up the order at the price at which I placed it. Thank you so much for your excellent work! Separately, I would like to note the complete lack of effect from contacting the support service for this situation. I hope the company will take measures to fix such technical failures as the discrepancy between the price of the product in the application when ordering online using promo codes vs. the actual price at the checkout.
