We stopped by the Dodo with a friend and were completely delighted with the staff! The guys at the checkout greeted us with such sincere smiles that the mood immediately lifted. We helped you make a quick choice, advised you on the most delicious combination and even made a small pleasant bonus to the order. Special thanks to the waiter: he brought the food immediately, everything was hot, and during the evening he came up several times to check if everything was in order, doing it very delicately and unobtrusively. It can be seen that the team is working harmoniously and wholeheartedly. It is these people who make visiting an institution truly comfortable. We will definitely come back again to thank them personally! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We decided to order 3 pizzas on 11/6/25, to which we were told at the checkout that the waiting time was more than an hour... while there are only 2 orders in progress on the scoreboard. We went to the website, ordered and after 10-12 minutes 3 pizzas were ready. While I was waiting, people came up and the cashier told them the same thing, everyone went safely to burger king... If you don't want to work like that, then close up. People come to you because they like your products. This is not the first time this has happened. Such staff should not be kept at work... It's a pity that this is happening...

We placed an order for 10 pizzas for a children's birthday with delivery. The order was 1 in the queue, and as a result, at 11:04 a.m., we received a notification about the cancellation of the order, for which money had already been debited from the card. We called the pizzeria and got an answer that there were no cars for delivery, but it was too weak to call! It's a shame, the mood is ruined and the holiday is too. We had to go for pizzas ourselves!!!!
