We bought silver earrings for a child. The clasp is French. The stuff is excellent. The shackle is very thin, it deforms at the slightest pressure and then does not fasten. . But these are Children's ones!!!! We did a favor and took them for repairs - we leveled the arches. This did not make them durable. I had customers come to the store with the same problem. I was refused a refund or replacement with others, because according to the manufacturer, this is not a factory defect. This is specifically a marriage. And the explanation that soft metal is utter nonsense, so you have to make the arches thicker so that they don't deform. These are earrings and they are purchased to be worn, but not stored under glass. If it were possible to give you a minus, then for your product "-10"! I will not buy anything in your stores and convince everyone not to contact your company either.

The diamond ring I bought couldn't stand a year of use. There was a mechanical loss of cast from the inserts of 1 diamond when worn carefully. Then why are such gold products made if they cannot be worn on the arm? I would advise you not to buy products from the Platinum Group company.

I contacted the store where the product was previously purchased. He was taken away and sent for examination. There was no response for more than a month. Later, a response came from the platinum group, in which it was reported that the rules of operation of the product had been violated. Allegedly, I tore out a stone! I have a lot of jewelry made of gold and silver and none is broken, nothing has fallen off. And I decided not to spare these unfortunate earrings! And what kind of power is needed to pull out a stone?! And why spoil the earrings you just bought? They literally fell apart in my hands! But given the exceptional loyalty and high degree of customer orientation of the company, they did me a huge favor and offered me repairs. You can't call it anything but a mockery. I don't need any favors. From this moment on, I cease to be a 7 carat customer.
