The guys are handsome, they make maps for Russians. Excellent prices - a 5-year card costs 100 rubles + 80 for an urgent issue. On the downside, there was a long queue for the first time, as I understood, many locals here change the currency, one of the best rates

There are eternal queues, the scoreboard often does not work, the course can only be viewed in the cashier's booth, while it changes very often, you can take a queue at one course until it reaches you, then it will change 5 times. There are 2 more banks in corona, where you can safely change the currency and not stand in a kilometer-long queue.

I was refused a currency exchange because they did not have Belarusian rubles, then it turned out that there was a bill of one hundred rubles, but they also refused to exchange/change it. I don't think it should be like that.
