The attention was incredible, my russian is not so good, so was really amazing to find an attendant able to speak english, and even she gave the extra mile using a little spanish, the shoes I took are very comfortable, definitely I'll be back again to get a new pair of shoes.

Nice interesting store. Very affordable prices! You can find beautiful options for shoes and accessories for any occasion. Sellers always try to help and answer all questions. People with a great sense of humor)) It's hard to imagine that they can be very rude (especially at 21 o'clock, by 21 o'clock. many of them can barely stand on their feet). If the sellers are busy, I can help myself! There's a lot to do in this store. I would like a slightly different attitude from the buyers. Crowds of people! Why are some careful, attentive to others, trying to put the goods in the place where they were taken, while others.. it would be better if there were fewer of them, or not at all in this place. They spoil the impression a lot! They demand attention like in a boutique, approach the cashier without waiting in line, leave behind mountains of shoes in the fitting rooms, and arrive drunk... I want to enjoy shopping, and not spoil my mood by encountering such things.

The staff is rude and doesn't know anything. I got a shrug for half of the questions. Special thanks to the girl at the checkout, she was on the verge of rolling her eyes when I started asking about the loyalty system and the app, but she restrained herself!
