On December 14th, I bought a Sister Baby Toby doll at the Hakuna Matata store. The doll turned out to be a very bad fake of the famous Baby Born company. It is impossible to comb your hair, water flows constantly when feeding, although it should pour out when you press the navel button (as stated by the manufacturer on the box). The seller also assured me that the doll is very high-quality, you can do hairstyles (this was the main criterion for buying). When I returned to the store demanding a refund for low-quality goods and asked for a book of complaints, they gave me a book, but it lacked the details of the company, the seal of the company, and there was no record of the responsible person. I give you one star for the fact that the money was returned to me. But I won't go to this store anymore, and I don't advise others.

They purchased low-quality goods, when returning, there were claims against the seller at the point, who is not responsible for anything, but refers to the "owner" on the phone, to a request to issue a book of reviews and suggestions, provided a "spare tire" - a fake book in which there was neither the name of the seller, nor the marks of the inspectors - nothing but one negative feedback. After some wrangling with both the seller and the owner of the outlet, the money was returned.
