An excellent cafe is located on the observation deck of the fifth floor of the Grodno Central Department Store. The view from the site is amazing - the entire historical center of the city (by the way, it is well preserved and rather big) as in the palm of your hand. Inside the cafe there are very comfortable tables and chairs with cushions, if you are very tired traveling through the pedestrian zone, you can even take a nap here.) Since it was hot, we took coffee and a milkshake-we really liked it. The prices are normal, considering the location, I thought it would be much more expensive, which of course is a plus. By the way, an elevator with transparent windows lifts to the site, although it was not easy for us to find it, except for the observation elevator, we came across two more in the process of searching- access to which is open to visitors. You need an elevator to the observation deck-it is better to check with the nearest sellers.) In addition to the elevator, you can go down two stairs located at different ends of the site, but preferably by elevator.)

Excellent location on the roof of the shopping center: a panoramic view of the city center opens from a height, ideal for taking photos and just enjoying the moment. The cafe itself is cozy and stylish: comfortable sofas, pleasant decoration, original serving of dishes. The staff is polite, the service is excellent, the food is decent. Even if you are not hungry, you should at least go for a coffee and admire Grodno from a bird's—eye view.

Nicely. Delicious. Beautiful serving of dishes. Good beer. Amazing view of the city. But it's a very long service. I haven't seen such a long service in a long time. Well, almost all non-alcoholic drinks were on the stop. Even banal tea and coffee were not available.

I haven't been to the cafe itself. I only visited the observation deck. It can only be accessed by a panoramic elevator, on the 5th floor, in the Central Department Store. If you go to a cafe, you don't pay money for the observation deck. And if not, then 2 Br. There are no time limits. But there are always a lot of people on the elevator, sometimes you can't get in the first time. If you are walking along the Arbat in the city, then I definitely recommend you to visit.

How to assess the place where you didn't get to. Although I had to go through a whole quemt....first you see information on the Internet that the site is open all year round..then you try to take the elevator to the 5th floor of the Central Department Store, but the elevator won't go...escalators only go to the 4th floor, there is no information anywhere..and then you find out that the cafe is temporarily closed, and the store staff says that it will open on May 1...Question: if the entrance to the observation deck is 2 rubles, then why is it ( playground)She is tied to the cafe's work...and also to everyone waiting for the opening of the tourist season on May 1: a lot of people take a vacation in April a week before the May holidays. And the holiday can be extended and it is more profitable on vacation. It's a pity that I left the playground for the last day, it ruined the impression..but it's good that there are many interesting places in Grodno that are open to the public and until May 1st.

I visited the Roof of the World observation deck and, to be honest, my impressions were mixed. The view of the city is really interesting, but, frankly, I want something a little higher for a more exciting overview. 🌄 I can't say that I'm upset, but I didn't get any wild emotions either. The entrance costs 2 BYN, but there is an opportunity to visit the cafe, and then the entrance is free — it's a nice bonus! ☕️💰 In general, the place is worth a visit, especially if you find time for coffee outdoors! ☁️

I give one star for the beautiful view, the second to the cute waitress for her diligence. The food was absolutely tasteless (they took pasta), many drinks were not available. We ordered 2 identical lemonades, they were brought completely different: in different glasses, different compositions, arguing that I asked for sweeter (I did not ask). The prices are decent, as in good establishments, for this you expect that the food with service will be +-no worse. In general, we are disappointed.

The wait for the waiter to take the order was too long, the order was carried for too long, the rolls were ordered - none of the menus indicated that the sauces were served separately, nor did the waiter offer. Many items were not on the menu. In the end, they also mixed up the score. They brought us an x2 times larger receipt with what we didn't order. And it wasn't just us, there was the same picture at the next table. In short, there are a lot of little things that ruined the impression for us tourists. The place is very beautiful, the location is excellent, but you need to do something about the service.

You can just go up to look at the beautiful views, or you can stay in the establishment itself, you just need to take into account that there is a full boarding on weekends in the summer - seats must be booked in advance. Just passing by will only be able to sit on the bar. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the cocktails are excellent.

We arrived from Slutsk, the road was hard. We ordered small mugs of kvass, two servings of rustic potatoes, one salad, my daughter ordered onion rings, cheese sticks and nuggets. After 20 minutes, 2 devices were brought (and there were three of us), one serving of potatoes and a salad. We continue to wait and wait. We call the waiter, another one came, says I'll find out why there is no order. She left for 7 minutes, they called her again and she says, but no one cooks the rest, it's trash, okay if they brought the child, kvass was brought big with not small, they said no comments, they showed the old page on Instagram where I wrote earlier and asked for the entry amount and no one read it. It's a terrible place, the service is at zero, and the prices are crazy!
