I haven't been to the cafe itself. I only visited the observation deck. It can only be accessed by a panoramic elevator, on the 5th floor, in the Central Department Store. If you go to a cafe, you don't pay money for the observation deck. And if not, then 2 Br. There are no time limits. But there are always a lot of people on the elevator, sometimes you can't get in the first time. If you are walking along the Arbat in the city, then I definitely recommend you to visit.

An excellent cafe is located on the observation deck of the fifth floor of the Grodno Central Department Store. The view from the site is amazing - the entire historical center of the city (by the way, it is well preserved and rather big) as in the palm of your hand. Inside the cafe there are very comfortable tables and chairs with cushions, if you are very tired traveling through the pedestrian zone, you can even take a nap here.) Since it was hot, we took coffee and a milkshake-we really liked it. The prices are normal, considering the location, I thought it would be much more expensive, which of course is a plus. By the way, an elevator with transparent windows lifts to the site, although it was not easy for us to find it, except for the observation elevator, we came across two more in the process of searching- access to which is open to visitors. You need an elevator to the observation deck-it is better to check with the nearest sellers.) In addition to the elevator, you can go down two stairs located at different ends of the site, but preferably by elevator.)

Definitely worth going up to see the beauty of the old town, The playground is small, but very pleasant. You take the observation elevator. There is also a restaurant on the roof, and its visitors can enter the observation deck for free.
