A special admiration is for Air Astana! We flew back and forth to Da Nang with them — and it was top class! Comfort on board, delicious food, friendly crew — everything is on the level. Thank you for making flying so enjoyable! We already miss Vietnam and we know exactly who we will fly with next time.

You can't work in business class like that! What do you mean, I can choose leftovers from the menu? Those who sat in the front rows chose what they wanted. The rest are "chicken". This is the first time that "who's the first" has encountered such a thing. The breakfast offer was also surprised, the lights turned on and let's "wake up". It was always offered to those who are already awake. I understand that sometimes a call is accidental and you get tired of approaching, but you don't want them to come up at all and you have to "catch them in the aisle".....We flew to Phu Quoc on February 15th for business.
