We contacted this organization and were very disappointed. It was necessary to sell the car urgently, initially they left a request on the website, a day later no one contacted. The next day, we ordered a callback, an employee called back, after talking, asked to send a photo of the car to Viber for a preliminary assessment, and that was it. The message was reviewed, but after more than a day, we still haven't received any feedback. Obviously, this organization is absolutely not customer-oriented. Even if you are not interested in buying a car, then at least you could have reported it and not waste someone else's time.
