We went to get some shoes today. As usual, out of habit, according to the promotion, three for two ... The advertisement is at the checkout, everything seems to be OK. They came to pay off, the cashier quickly muttered something about the fact that the shoes were not participating in the promotion and punched on. The question is, why then advertise at the checkout if the promotion is only for socks, tights, etc.? Deception!? It's a shame for such a store to treat the customer like that. It was extremely unpleasant for us. Awful. Don't set foot in Megatop anymore. They 've gone downhill !

I came across a boorish attitude towards a customer in this store. I wanted to return the shoes that didn't fit, but the receptionist replied in a rude and aggressive manner that I couldn't do that. I received only hysterical answers to logical questions, but to the question: "How are you talking to me?" there was no response at all, after that the receptionist just left and the corners had to be smoothed out by the seller, thanks to her for trying to cheer up after such a disgusting conversation. I have no questions about the fact that the shoes were not returned, because I unknowingly violated the rules myself. But there are a lot of questions about the store's face. It's a pity that I didn't have time at all and I couldn't leave a complaint about him.
