The tours are cool, informative, without too much "water".We took an excursion to Vyborg, it's really worth it!The city has a story like in a movie..Many people have already written positive things about Natalia, I will add.Beautiful, friendly, responsive, a professional in her field, all the little things of the trip were based on her, all that we do not see or hear is her tremendous work! Drivers, buses for excursions-everything is cool and comfortable, it's not my first time in St. Petersburg, and every time I'm amazed at how such a huge bus maneuvers through the narrow streets of the city.The guides are handpicked.I advise everyone to contact this travel agency!

I went through Smart tours to the UAE (Sharjah)from 06 to 12/13/2024. I was very pleased with the trip))) Many thanks to Elena, who helped me choose the right tour for me🙏🤝🫶😊 I was very worried and doubtful at first, because I was flying on vacation alone and for the first time to this country. Elena provided me with the most detailed information before the trip (no manager has ever instructed me in such detail!) As a result, I had a very cool and interesting rest, the UAE is the safest country in the world, the weather in December is just gorgeous, the beach is clean, the sea is transparent! The Holiday International Hotel **** is cozy, near a beautiful promenade with palm trees for walking. In terms of organization (transfers, excursions), everything is clear and professional!
