I refused to sell the drug according to the current prescription, because the doctor (!) corrected the number of capsules in the package in the prescription. I would have accepted the refusal if the correction had been significant (Last name / name of the drug / date / dosage), but the number of capsules in the package is absurd, your employee probably does not know that this drug is not available in a different number of capsules (exactly in the dosage indicated in the prescription), which means he is simply not competent and he doesn't have the necessary skills for the job. With her refusal, Yaroslava seriously jeopardized the treatment (the drug is hormonal, not every pharmacy has it, and you can't just take it and abruptly stop taking it). I consider this attitude unacceptable, especially considering the fact that the drug was previously purchased using the same prescription and there were no questions from competent staff in normal pharmacies.
