Of the advantages, I will highlight: 1) Friendly staff (the service was unobtrusive, which is important to me) 2) A variety of desserts, Although I didn't choose anything, but outwardly everything was at 8.9/10, especially eclairs 3) The institution itself (location), yes it is small, but accordingly there are fewer people there, I know how to find positive aspects in everything (optimist) 4) The coffee itself did not cause any complaints, the cappuccino cheered up and fulfilled all the basic duties. Minuses : 1) I didn't like the way the menu was drawn with chalk on the blackboard. I've never been attracted to the grunge style... Although it was clearly visible. In general, I recommend the establishment, both for family and for first meetings (business and not only)

Dolce is one of those places where you want to return. I tried different locations in Minsk, Nemiga is a bit cramped, but the atmosphere is still great. The coffee here is always on a high level, especially cappuccino — it feels like they approach the business with their hearts. The desserts are also delicious, the presentation is always beautiful, although the prices are, of course, above average. It's a pity that the cafe on the avenue was closed, it was one of my favorites, the view from the window there is simply gorgeous. I hope the quality will be preserved on Nemiga, but, to be honest, I would like to see something new in the menu. For example, a Scandinavian salmon cake would be added — an unsweetened but satisfying dish would definitely find its audience. In general, if you are looking for a cozy place with good coffee and desserts, Dolce will not disappoint you. Personally, I'll be back here again, despite the prices.

I attended the Coffee Gastrofest Coffee 2025. The set consists of Aerocano coffee, Dubai dessert and mint lollipop. Unfortunately, Seth wasn't my type. The dessert turned out to be quite dry and not expressive. From the good, the service was wonderful. I also liked the croissant.
