Сотрудник окна номер один с моим талоном К014 отказался обменивать 100 долларов , ссылаясь но то, что они плохо светят! Доллары куплены в Сбербанке ! Совершенно некомпетентное , неграмотное отношение к клиентам! Худший банк не порекомендую никому ! Нет надлежащего оборудование и нет компетентных сотрудников! Да, доллары с легкостью без единого вопроса обменял Сбер!

Хамское обслуживание со стороны Воистиновой Т.В. Ушёл к другому консультанту, но оказалась видимо новенькой. Все было очень долго. В итоге когда я спросил как узнать, что зачислены деньги на счет, говорит - только звоните на горячую линию, но там скорее всего не ответят. Как зайти в личный кабинет и где получить пароль, они не знают.
