Friday, February 27, transfer from Grodno to Minsk with arrival in Mir and Nesvizh. Overboard +1, humid and windy, time 15.30. There's a ringing emptiness in my stomach...That's how we (me, husband, daughter) arrived at the castle. The legs themselves led to the restaurant, although the name was hidden by some tubs of thuja :). We went to the restaurant with doubt, because we didn't know anything about him, we hadn't read the reviews. The sweet waiter girl immediately endeared herself with her attention and attitude, melting our distrust. There were several tables to choose from, and a banquet was being prepared in a part of the hall. The stylized hall deserves special attention. Cozy, beautiful, non-standard, not worn out. Tapestry tablecloths are my love, and they were here! The same cute girl with a scythe (sorry 100 times that I didn't remember the name) helped with the selection of dishes. The menu is small, but complex. As a result, we ate, got drunk, and took the leftovers of the pancakes with us, because after the hearty, rich cabbage soup with porcini mushrooms (plus salsa and bread), three portion pancakes (we took different ones: with stewed beef with cherry sauce, and with cheeks) that's a bit much). Pumpkin soup is neutral in taste. Hetman-style coffee is delicious, tinctures, tea with sea buckthorn and ginger are delicious. It turned out to be a wonderful lunch on the penultimate winter day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! (I will add that the dishes were served correctly, alternately and quickly)

We went to a birthday dinner. I wanted to book a table every day, upon arrival. They said that you book so late, they say we book everything in advance. As a result, when we arrived , some tables were empty ). But the food was delicious, the portions were large. However, some of the waiters are not very friendly. It spoiled the impression a bit . But on the whole, I liked it because they were positive. 👍
