Tonight we decided to order food with us. The order number is dated 1131 20/05/2026 at 18:25. Hoping for an appetizing look in the picture, according to the advertisement of the institution itself, what delicious and mouth-watering food they have.. As a result, I got reality..... The picture is completely different from the reality of the word. I waited for almost 30 minutes, watching all the shit that was going on. Working with food without gloves, of all the employees, only 2 saw and then the guy took them off. When I was ready, I went to get the order, but even here I had to wait. They began to get confused with the order and did not understand the order with them or in the hall. To note that the twister is not at all the same as in the picture and should be a lettuce leaf. I was told, but it's sliced there. Wait a minute, it should be whole, and not somewhere out there, and there's the same problem with tomatoes. Honestly, it's just terrible, so much money and such a disappointment. And when I looked at what was inside, it was just a mockery, I think! Not a foot in here now, for sure...
