We bought two cars from TopElectro. Both cars were ordered with turnkey delivery. We were promised that the cars would be delivered to us within 45 days. In fact, the cars were handed over to us within about 30 days. Among other things, TopElectro fulfilled their obligations to prepare and transfer master accounts for both vehicles, which was important for us. And also, the seller equipped both cars with all the accessories we asked for.
