05/09/2026 I called MTS (0890) to clarify whether I can replace it on a warranty basis (free of charge) This commercial representative has a SIM card. The answer turned out to be positive and I built my route through Surganova 50. When I arrived at the point, the man with the beard categorically refused me with a displeased face, explaining that they were a commercial representative and carried out the replacement only on a paid basis. They can replace it for free in their own MTS showroom. I asked again, despite being told by support that they could definitely do it. He explained once again, in a more blunt form, that they would not change for free. I went outside and tried to call support for 30 minutes (the SIM card was not working well), I wasted my time and nerves. They assured me once again that they WERE OBLIGED to change the warranty. After that, I returned to the salon and explained the situation again. Without further ado, they asked me for an old SIM card and gave me a new one. I asked several times why it wasn't possible right away, why it was necessary to waste my personal time and nerves? The man didn't want to answer or didn't know what. In the end, I fulfilled the answer: we don't have to change anything, it's at our discretion. These are the pies. I don't advise anyone to come in here. Good luck to all

As a provider, it's just terrible. Tech support boils down to "turn on/off the modem, and we don't know how to do anything else and can't." it takes a long time to get through to tech support, there are two options here, or 2 operators are working on answers, or the quality of services provided is so bad that every customer calls and hopes to get help.... in short, I do not recommend it at all

I took a phone in installments in 2019. I was assured that I would receive a free reminder message about the upcoming payment. So, for a year and a half, not a single SMS has arrived, but the penalty will be charged by the end of the payment, for delays of 1-2 days. The call center cannot respond to a request to solve this problem, they are sent to MTS stores. In the Minsk store, they offered to write an application for connecting the SMS notification service and the girl said that she would definitely call back in the near future about this problem. I've been waiting for an answer for 2 months😂 the amount of monthly installment payments has stopped being knocked out in the application at all. I will never contact MTS for the purchase of any product again.
