They didn't tell me where to leave my things and mix my outerwear, but I found it myself. The masters are very different from the photos in the institute. Very unkempt and unpleasant to look at. It feels like the work is in the hands of craftsmen who have long since left this place. Some dirty rags in the shelves. Which wipe the shelves, the table, and then continue to do manicures with their bare hands . P.S. After the organization's response, I decided to add a review. 1. The photo shows all the work of the master. 2. Arguing with the client, proving that they "looked" at the cameras, that the master "was" wearing gloves, is completely incompetent and incorrect on the part of the beauty salon. 3. The rags don't look disposable for 12:00 p.m. I hope that after this review, the organization will understand that there are disadvantages and that they need to be dealt with, rather than responding that they don't understand anything.

I signed up for a Japanese manicure + removal of the previous coating, the price indicated 45p, and that it would take 45 minutes. As a result, at the end of the manicure, the cost was 60p, saying that for a manicure 30p + for a Japanese 30p, that a Japanese manicure does not include processing. I had a manicure for 2 hours instead of 45 minutes. When I came to the salon, no one greeted me or told me where to hang my outerwear. One woman started getting a manicure (she did the removal of the previous coating), then she felt sick and she asked another woman to finish the manicure. When they asked me if I chose nail polish, I replied that I had a Japanese manicure and it turned out that the second woman did not do Japanese manicure, she started asking me "how is it done". Then, during the manicure, the woman was distracted from her work, told the story to the third woman that the master had become ill, and was distracted by a phone call. When they called her, she just told them before the fact and left. She didn't even ask if I minded if she answered the phone. My impressions of this place are terrible, I will never come again.
