The administrator ( I don't remember the name , a girl with long blond hair , which she shook over our table )this is a separate example of how it shouldn 't be ... First it was that their khinkali is not spicy , then that they are spiced and just savory and generally everyone eats them and no one complains . No professional ethics, no subordination, rudeness ( she 100% never read job descriptions ).It feels like we came to her house ... I asked for a book of comments and suggestions and flipped through a couple of pages back to see if the managers were working with the comments of visitors , so the receptionist ran up shouting that I had no right to read anything . Then she started running into the kitchen when I tried to explain to her that there was a law about consumer protection and I have the right to read the information from the book at least about the legal entity.... Unfortunately, it was useless to explain it to her. … Dirty plates and napkins were also on our table for about 15 minutes. This waitress did not ask us about the drinks when ordering, when she brought the dishes almost from a dumpster, I describe the situation in my right mind and understand how the plates are normally placed and how they are almost thrown, from this khinkali almost flew out of the plate. Cheese soup with khinkali... that's what it is, diluted with water. There is no khinkali broth, and I'm not even talking about cheese/cheese with mushrooms (there shouldn't be much broth when chewing), I'm talking about khinkali with beef/turkey, etc. You know, it was just dumplings cooked, and sometimes the dumplings make broth when you come to the dumpling place. Oh, and yes, when my husband and I came to you, 3-4 tables were occupied. You have about 10-15 tables. 10 minutes..no one could come up for 10 minutes, she went to catch the waitress herself, hmm... in Grodno, khinkalnya is just a miracle and not a place.
